BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

Please be sure that you have filled out all the required forms online before you arrive for your appointment. All information required for your initial visit will be sent to you after booking your initial appointment. Completing forms before your appointment will ensure your treatment time is best used to assess and treat your current concerns. Be sure to arrive on time, as your therapist will not have time to go past your scheduled time if you arrive late.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Understand that your appointment time has been reserved for you. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel an appointment.  Due to the nature of the job and out of respect for your RMT, the full appointment fee will be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no show. Please be sure to give a minimum of 24 hours notice in the event you can no longer make your appointment to avoid being charged.
